Irrespective of which party comes it power it will create unecessary rucus in country where a female tennis player gets a fatwaa decried for being 'immodest' I am sure this is prime reason for the Government not granting asylum. On second thought if Govt does give Asylum, what did Indian Government do after giving Asylum to Tibetan Government in Exile ? nothing active ...
